As Business Resiliency Director at a global financial services institution, I lead resiliency planning, risk assessment, and exercise programs for one of the world's largest consumer banking lines of business — building the capabilities that keep critical operations running when the unexpected happens.
After 20+ years in financial services, I've learned that the difference between organizations that survive disruption and those that don't almost always comes down to culture, communication, and leadership — not technology or policy. And now AI is changing the equation entirely.
